Housing authority credits wed? for new Web site
MANCHESTER ? A company called wed? recently helped the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority launch www.GONewHampshireHousing.com.
The assignment for wed? was to develop an easy-to-use, online resource to help first-time homebuyers navigate through the buying process.
"We sought to create a simple, step-by-step guide for New Hampshire residents to turn to as they navigate the often confusing path to purchasing their first home," said Dean Christon, executive director of the NHHFA, crediting wed? with being "instrumental in helping us achieve our goal by designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive and easy-to-use online resource."

CBRE leases Post Road property
PORTSMOUTH ? CBRE announced the lease of 9 Post Road, a 25,400-square-foot industrial building in Portsmouth. The 1987 Tamposi Limited Partnership leased the property to Wohner USA. CBRE's Margaret O'Brien, vice president at the firm's Portsmouth office, represented the tenant, Wohner USA and William Luers, president of Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the landlord.
